Payout Schedule
Payouts follow a governed manual workflow until automated Connect payouts are activated. No payout is marked paid without a verified reference or provider confirmation.
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation rules, no-show handling, and refund responsibility are defined per engagement model and service category. Disputes follow a documented escalation process.
Copyright and Licensing
Client delivery rights and promotional usage rights are separate. Gallery delivery consent does not automatically grant marketing permission.
Independent Contractor Relationship
Creative Partners are independent professionals — not employees of EYE AM STUDIOS, LLC. The platform provides shared infrastructure, not employment.
Account Governance
Partners may be paused, suspended, or removed for policy violations. An appeal process is available through documented support pathways.
