Model Release

By accepting this model release during booking intake, you grant EYE AM STUDIOS, LLC and the assigned Creative Partner permission to use selected photographs from your portrait session for portfolio, marketing, and social media purposes.

This permission is optional. You may decline without affecting your session booking or delivery of your personal gallery.

What you authorize

• Display of selected edited images on photographer and platform portfolios
• Use on social media channels operated by the photographer or EAS | Creative Partners
• Cropping, resizing, and color correction consistent with delivered edits

What is not included

• Commercial licensing to third parties without separate written agreement
• Use of images you explicitly request to remain private
• Distribution of RAW or unedited files

You may revoke marketing usage consent by contacting EAS | Creative Partners in writing. Revocation applies to future use and may not remove images already published in good faith prior to revocation.
